Art & Elegance is a annual gala fund raising event in support of the Morgan Arts Council in Berkeley Springs WV. The money raised by the event helps support MAC’s initiatives in art, education, and digital media. “Getting art out there.” Studio work for the project includes the posters, a web site, invitations and the event program.
